THE TURNING POINT

While managing his successful Teflon Coating business, Mr.Adhikari came across Britt Worldwide (BWW), a U.S based company which wanted to set up operations in India. He took it up and helped BWW to set up office in Navi Mumbai. Through his unfailing leadership BWW started doing well. Impressed by his work & leadership, BWW offered him to take over as the Head of India operations.

Today, BWW organizes more than 1,900 Training Seminars in more than 500 locations across the globe. BWW has affiliates in over 45 countries.

From 1998 Mr. Adhikari headed India operations as CEO for about six years, post which he was given the responsibility as CEO - Asia Pacific and further as Chief Operating Officer (Global). Currently Mr. Adhikari is the Chief Global Advisor for BWW.

A Global Professional and a Social Entrepreneur

As the Chief Mentor of Viztar International Pvt. Ltd., a group of companies, encompassing seven varied Business Units, Mr. Adhikari has not only successfully built a team of entrepreneurs within the organization as heads of various operational departments but also converted these departments into separate business verticals. Viztar has strong reach across the country with over 20 offices. Viztar also has its presence in the South East Asian markets and the USA.

Specialized in Educational and Corporate Training, Viztar International has conducted training for over 500 Corporates, Governments, Semi-Governments, Multi-Nationals, and MSMEs Viztar offers Logistics and Supply Chain services and has developed a strong base of Information Technology within the organization that provides its clients with various Technology Solutions like E-Learning, Mobile-Learning, Web Designing, SEO/SMO and Software Development. Viztar also provides Business Process Outsourcing services to clients across industries. Another distinct Business Unit of Viztar provides Health and Wellness solutions, through its unique diagnostic devices, products, and services.

Mr. Adhikari has also taken up the cause of helping micro-entrepreneurship. His efforts in this regard have led to tie ups with entities like Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC)) as well as the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development (CED), Government of Gujarat.
